Whats is CSS and Why we need

CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheets. Or in other word CSS is a style sheet language which helps you to style your web page how your website is looking and layout of your website is CSS. and another question is why we need CSS? We need CSS because CSS help you to decorate your website which is very important for your website and it is also easy as like HTML.

As we know we save the HTML file with the extension of.HTML and same like we save the CSS file with the extension of.CSS

CSS3 is the newer version of CSS and CSS3 comes with the lots of new features like:-

CSS Selectors, Properties And Attributes

Selectors

The selector is used to find or select the HTML elements to style the selected element in the HTML.

Properties

Properties in CSS is used to provide the properties of elements like color, text-align etc.

Attributes

Attributes in CSS is used to provide the value that element you have selected.

All of them are interconnected to each other selector, properties and attributes.

ID Selectors In CSS

Id selector in CSS used to an id attribute in HTML to select the specific element in HTML like this   <div id="top">  Id selector name started with Hastag  # like

 #top {

    background-color: #73a832;

    padding: 5px

}

Class Selector In CSS

The class selector in CSS used in class attribute in HTML to select the specific tag in HTML like this 

<p class="intro">This is my first css basic course</p> and class selector is started with Dot  . like

.intro {

    color: red;

    font-weight: bold;

}

Element Selector In CSS

Elementor selector in CSS is to select the element inside the HTML.
