Realme X2 Custom Rom Flash Guide (Bootloader Unlock, TWRP, Custom ROM Flash):

First thing, I am not responsible for any type of damage to your device so batter take the backup

of your file to PC… strictly follow the steps:

1. Unlock bootloader of your phone follow the steps given into this tutorial

2. If you followed proper steps your device bootloader has been unlocked just start your

device

3. Now before installing any custom recovery remove screen lock password, face and

fingerprint to be safer side.

4. Flash any one of custom recovery as bellow mentioned process in xda thread:

• TWRP recovery: https://forum.xda-developers.com/realme-x2/development/recovery-unofficial-twrp-realme-x2-t4011231

5. Follow the instruction carefully now just reboot to recovery using the volume button in

fastboot mode.

6. Now boot into the system and restart your phone.

7. Now try to boot into recovery it must not replace stock recovery…

I hope everything is going fine until now. Further, if you want to install custom ROM follow the below steps very carefully. 

Downloads: 

1. The Custom ROM you want to flash

2. You need a specific vendor or download full ozip file

Ozip can be flashed on both the recovery so don’t worry

Go to this site select your device select archive situated exactly below

and click on download from next page download select A18 and download it.

Go to this site select your device select archive situated exactly below

and click on download from next page download select A18 and download it

After downloading all this needed file take backup them into PC is you downloaded to your phone…

  Now follow the below steps carefully to jump on custom rom from realme UI...

• If you have any screen lock password just remove it.
•  Boot into recovery
•  Wipe everything

Just remember you wiped internal so files will not be shown connect your phone to PC and copy files or you can use sd card

•  RMX 1991/93: Flash vendor.img using recovery

RMX 1992 user flash the zip file by Siddharth (this is probably easy)

Or

If you have downloaded whole ozip file of cos than mount all partition and flash it

•  Wipe data/Dalvik/cache
•  Flash custom rom
•  Flash gapps
•  wipe data/Dalvik/cache
•  reboot to system
•  after successful booting go back to recovery
•  flash magisk 20.3 (20.4 will give boot loop so batter to not use)
•  wipe data/Dalvik/cache
• reboot and enjoy!!!
